According to the 2014 state of digital marketing report of which medical/health businesses are a large subset, nearly half is spent on search, with 31% on pay per click and 18% on medical SEO. Over 63% of medical marketers surveyed said that they would be increasing their search budget with 47% stating they would do this by using medical seo exclusively.
