Nicholas Galantino, Practice Manager, has been implementing many cutting edge medical business practices at LMG including communicating 20 years of changes to this South Tampa Medical practice. The patient education program developed by ActiveMD has helped LMG increase inquiries and referrals through their existing patient base. Since creating the LMG 5 Keys to Healthy Living DVD giveaway and the 5 supplemental videos that explained all of their services, including internal medicine, weight management, diagnostic testing and laboratory testing, we have made several updates. Most recently the practice has morphed into the medical home concept with 15 medical specialties, including Gastroentology, Gynecology, Rheumatology, Podiatry, Audiology, Adolecent Pediatric, Aesthetic services, Endocrinology, Immunology, Allergy, and the addition of a Pharmacy and Infusion Center.
Doctors Interview Locicero Medical Group
Updating the current patient education videos, both on their website and on the monitors in their facility, and their DVD giveaway, included the addition of interviews with all 15 additional Doctors and explanations of the new programs. The project was created to communicate all of the updates to this thriving internal medicine practice and make all current patients and any new patients aware of all of the New Doctors, specialties and services being offered.
